 Exerseek brings all activity providers into one place, searchable by category and location. It’s designed to help people discover activities quickly and easily, while also giving businesses a simple way to reach new customers—without relying on expensive ads or social media visibility.

Add activity waiver terms and conditions for attendee and parent/guardian sign-off, accept payment in advance by linking your Stripe Connect account, or opt to use your existing forms and payment options, in person, when your session takes place.

 Advertise selected sessions and timeslots around your existing booking systems (no need to add sessions in exerseek).

Choose to add individual 1-to-1 sessions, 1-to-1 sessions with time slots, or group sessions - where you specify the number of people permitted to attend - perfect for group classes or limited events.

How do I add my business?

What are my options?

If you would like to use exerseek to search for something active to do, then simply download, sign up, create your personal profile and get browsing - it won't cost you a thing!


If you have an activity-based service to list, then you have two options:


With a session businesses, you can list sessions for potential customers to book, whereas, with a Place listing, users cannot book sessions on exerseek. Think of a Place as a dynamic advertisement, which shows your services and facilities. Note that you can have a session business and a Place listing if required. For business and Place listing, there is a free trial period (3 months in many countries), then a low-cost monthly subscription fee  (contact us for a special offer if you're local to Tavistock).

Step 1 - Download the exerseek app and sign-up

 Create your personal profile and set up your session business profile* (or see alternative option below)

* Alternative Option - Set up a Place listing if sessions aren't required

Complete the personal profile in step 1, then choose to create a Place listing. Skip steps 2 and 3 below

Step 2 - List your activities

 Add sessions and timeslots that you want to promote. 

Step 3 - Manage your bookings

 Use our simple tools to track and manage your bookings. 

Step 4 - Grow your business

 Engage with new customers and expand your reach.

Prefer to browse on a computer or tablet?

You can now use a stripped-down version of Exerseek directly from your computer, tablet or mobile device, to browse activity providers, book sessions and connect with friends. Note that this is not suitable for listing or administering your activity business, however your Exerseek account works on both the web and mobile app, so you can switch seamlessly between devices. If you later want to create a listing for your business, you can do so via the full mobile app available on iOS & Android.
